Tudor Style
Contemporary Tudor Style
I thought it was really cool that there was a contemporary Tudor Style. I just found out that this is what this style is called but I really like it. They took similar aspects from the original Tudor style. Some are the steep roof lines, the windows' shape and ornamentation, and even similar color palettes. One different thing is that they look the darker lines off the front and I think that is one of the distinguishing factors of a Tudor house so it is weird they did not add that back in some way.
Gate Leg Table
Expandable Table
William and Mary's Settee
Modern Love Seat
I decided to compare William and Mary's Settee to a modern-day loveseat. From what I can tell this settee was used for sitting in a more comfortable place than a wooden chair. it is also very decorative and beautiful. Even though the style is very different the loveseat is also a very decorative piece. They were both created for comfort and to add style to a room.
